Q. How long has InHome been in business?
InHome has been in operation since 1987. We were one of the first overseas mail order pharmacies and are listed in John Morgenthaler and Dr. Ward Dean's 1990 book, "Smart Drugs & Nutrients". InHome was also featured in "MegaBrain" by Michael Hutchinson as well as The Complete Book of Chinese Health & Healing.
We do not sell, rent, lease, exchange or make available any customer addresses, telephone (or fax) numbers or e-mail addresses to any third parties.
Q. Is it legal to purchase medication by mail?
You need to check the laws for your country but most allow import of certain products for personal use.
Q. How does one order?
You can either use our secure online order form or send your order by fax or by post.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express and payments in cryptocurrency.
Q. How will my credit card be billed?
If you order online we use the amount listed on your order form. If you pay using a non-US credit card, your bank will convert the dollar amount into your local currency, generally at the interbank rate on the date of the transaction.
Q.Will I receive a e-mail confirmation when I order on-line?
Yes. A confirmation e-mail is sent automatically after your on-line order is submitted if you entered a valid e-mail address. If you don't receive a confirmation within a few minutes please notify us at email@example.com
Shipping & Delivery
Q. When will I receive the products I ordered?
The majority of our customers receive their products within 6 to 15 working days from the ship date.
Q. Can you ship my order by a faster method?
All of our shipments are sent by priority airmail.
Q. How will I know when my products ship?
A shipping confirmation is sent out by e-mail after your products have shipped.
Q. Can you ship my order by FedEx, DHL etc.?
Sorry, but no. From here it is prohibitively expensive and prone to delays.
Q. I only received part of my order, why is that?
If the shipping weight of your order is over 400 grams your products will be sent in more than one package. In the unlikely event that a product was out of stock when your order was filled we will notify you and ship it as soon as we are able.
Q. Why do I need to put my phone number on my order?
We will only contact you in the event there is a problem with your current order. We don't do any telemarketing nor do we make customer phone numbers available to anyone else.
Q. Why do you need my e-mail address?
We use your e-mail address to confirm your order, confirm shipment of your products or to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We don't give out your e-mail address to any third parties. One or two times a year, if we have news regarding InHome, we may send you an e-mail. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please inform us and we will not mail you.
Q. What other products does InHome sell ?
Everything we sell is listed on our order form. If there is another product you would like to see us carry, please let us know. We do not sell sedatives, analgesics, tranquilizers, stimulants or any other controlled substances.
